How we take care of you

Have any questions before booking? In this section, you’ll find answers to the most common ones—from allergies to split bills, including your four-legged friends. We’ve gathered all the useful information here so you can enjoy the L’Approdo experience to the fullest.

At L’Approdo, we are highly attentive to our guests’ dietary needs and offer dedicated gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.

However, we do not have separate preparation areas, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when you book or upon arrival: our staff will be happy to assist you as safely and carefully as possible.

We accept reservations only by email or by phone. We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy periods.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be cancelled.

We want your experience to remain pleasant and smooth right to the end of your meal. For organisational reasons, we do not split bills at the cashier.

You can request the bill directly at the table, where each group can independently decide how to divide the total among diners before final payment.

Four-legged friends are welcome: we are happy to host your dogs and make them feel part of the experience.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, bringing food or water into the restaurant is not permitted. However, in our outdoor area, we provide bowls of fresh water for your companions’ comfort.
